Cedar City Trail

Location: Lebanon, Tennessee
Client: City of Lebanon

In 2005 Lose & Associates was selected to design and implement development of Lebanon’s Cedar City Trail, Phase 3, Section A. The .6-mile project will provide connectivity from the Jimmy Floyd Center, a community fitness center/pool, to the existing greenway trail which runs to the Music City Train depot crossing Sinking Creek with a 123’ span steel arch bridge. The next phase of the greenway, Phase IV, will connect the existing greenway at the train depot to Lebanon’s downtown square. The route is currently under construction and is funded through a transportation enhancement grant administered by TDOT. Lose & Associates prepared the master plan, construction documents and specifications, assisted the city with bid documents and proceedings and is providing CEI services, as required by TDOT, on the project. Lose & Associates is preparing to begin work on Phases V and VI.
