Lose & Associates was selected to development a recreational use master plan for the 277-acre Fowler property. The final master plan identified over $36 million in potential site improvements. We also developed construction plans for Phase 1, which included a new parks administrative office, large passive area with a community playground, a large corporate rental pavilion that also serves as a band shell for the lawn’s amphitheater, several smaller pavilions scattered throughout a large passive lawn area, a 4-field ballfield complex with concession/restroom building, a rubberized competition track with an additional unscheduled sports field, several outdoor basketball courts, a concrete skatepark, four soccer fields, two football fields with press boxes and large-scale bleachers, 2 concession/restroom buildings to serve the football/soccer area, a dog park, 12 tennis courts with a clubhouse facility, a maintenance building and compound, several smaller restroom facilities for various use areas, several miles of multi-purpose paved trails, and a trailhead and trail connection to the Big Creek Greenway.
