The Northwest Corridor Transit Study is an evaluation of the cost and ridership associated with various major transit investments along the 50-mile +/- corridor connecting Clarksville and Nashville. This alternative analysis follows the 2008 Initial Feasibility Study for Commuter Rail by CSR Engineering. As part of our scope, Lose & Associates is providing land use recommendations and create transit-oriented development concepts around several of the proposed stations and a brochure explaining how to create transit-oriented developments.
Lose & Associates is a subconsultant to Parson Brinckerhoff for this project. Other team members include CSR Engineering, Volkert Inc., Varallo Public Relations and Allyson Shumate Consulting.
